Developing winnable tender documents, such as EoIs, Empanelments, Proposals, etc.; How to differentiate proposals from competition; Developing robust technical approach, methodology and work plan; Identify the purpose of a proposal; Identify the audience; Perform a needs analysis; Write a goal statement; Create a framework; Identifying resources online and offline for research; Organising information masterfully; Formulating robust sampling techniques using advanced statistics for various situations; Developing staff deployment plans; Developing Organisation’s Profile towards showcasing organisation’s capability and infrastructural & human resources; Documenting organisation’s relevant experiences in the area of proposed work as per the required formats; Documenting CVs of the proposed key team members; Developing the non-technical and legal compliance documents; Document publishing protocols to give professional feel & look for strengthening brand equity and winnability; Estimating the direct project costs on lean basis and estimating the amount to be quoted using our proprietary cost estimation tool. Developing Financial Proposal in formats used by different clients (WB, UNDP, USAID, UNICEF, ADB, Govt. Depts., PSUs, etc.); Making persuasive presentations of technical proposals before the client; Successfully negotiating the financial quotation with the client; - Impart relevant skills for Developing and implementing a robust capture strategy at the Post-Tendering Stage: -
Negotiating favourable terms & conditions in work contracts with the client, in terms of: Payment terms; Deliverables and other reporting requirements; Applicable penalties, if any. - Help the participants carve out a successful career in proposal writing domain via: -
