• After successful completion of the course, due support will be provided to participants for facilitating their placement activity.


• The outstanding ones among them may additionally be given the option to Join the BidVarsity team in the capacity of Assistant Manager - Bids & Proposals.


• The incumbent would be offered competitive salaries at par with those offered elsewhere in the industry.


• However, this offer shall in no way be construed as a right of the participant. The management shall have full authority to rescind the offer or not issue any offer at all to any of the participants if it is deemed necessary based on the incumbents' profiles, conduct and other pragmatic considerations.
