As a country with the largest share of youth in its overall population, India boasts a significant demographic dividend. However, a considerable portion of its youth, despite acquiring the requisite qualifications, lack contemporary skills such as proposal writing for winning tenders. This gap prevents them from accessing high-paying white-collar jobs. Consequently, many end up working in considerably inferior job roles, while employers face perennial shortages of individuals capable of securing work contracts in today's highly competitive business environment.

As development enthusiasts, we were eager to leverage our vast experience in the sector to address the challenges faced by our youth in accessing meaningful job roles. To this end, we envisioned enhancing their employability through job-related skills training. This vision led to the establishment of "BidVarsity" as an autonomous institution dedicated to providing comprehensive hands-on training to youth for developing winning technical and financial proposals.

Today, BidVarsity has emerged as a premier institution in the country, offering a range of customized courses on proposal development. These courses also include the Job Facilitation Module, providing participants with handholding support from experts to develop customized CVs, identify and target related organizations and job roles, and succeed in interviews for high-end jobs both in India and abroad.
